Teeth Whitening
Professional in-office whitening for fast, dramatic results—several shades brighter in one visit
Professional Teeth Whitening That Works
A bright, white smile can transform your appearance and boost your confidence. Over time, your teeth naturally accumulate stains from coffee, red wine, aging, and other factors. Professional teeth whitening removes these stubborn stains and brightens your smile dramatically.
Our in-office whitening treatment is safe, effective, and delivers visible results in just one visit. Unlike over-the-counter whitening kits, professional-grade treatments use stronger, dentist-approved formulas that work safely under professional supervision.
Professional In-Office Whitening
Fast, safe, and dramatically effective
Protection
We protect your gums and sensitive areas with a protective barrier before applying the whitening gel. Your comfort and safety are our priority.
Application
A professional-grade whitening gel is carefully applied to the front surface of your teeth. This gel contains a higher concentration of bleaching agents than over-the-counter products.
Activation
A special light activates the whitening gel, accelerating the whitening process. The gel is left on for a specific period to ensure optimal results.
Rinse & Repeat
The gel is rinsed away and the process may be repeated 2-3 times in a single session, depending on your desired shade and current tooth color.
Fluoride Treatment
We apply a fluoride treatment to strengthen your enamel and reduce sensitivity, leaving your teeth healthy and protected.
Results
You'll see dramatic results immediately. Your teeth can be several shades lighter after just one appointment. Results typically last 6-12 months.
What Causes Tooth Staining?
Tooth discoloration can result from both extrinsic (external) stains on the tooth surface and intrinsic (internal) stains within the tooth structure.
Common Stain Causes
- Coffee and Tea: Dark beverages are among the most common culprits for tooth staining
- Red Wine: Contains tannins and acids that can stain teeth
- Aging: As we age, the outer white enamel naturally wears away, revealing the darker dentin underneath
- Tobacco: Smoking and chewing tobacco cause significant discoloration
- Certain Medications: Some medications can cause tooth discoloration as a side effect
- Poor Oral Hygiene: Not brushing and flossing allows plaque and tartar buildup
- Dark Sodas: Carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks stain teeth
- Berries and Beets: Deeply colored foods can contribute to staining
The good news is that professional whitening can effectively remove most of these stains, regardless of their cause.

Is Professional Whitening Right for You?
Professional teeth whitening is suitable for most people, but not all. If you have crowns, veneers, or bonded restorations, those restorations won't whiten along with your natural teeth. We can discuss composite resin restorations that match your newly whitened smile.
If you have sensitivity to whitening agents, we can use gentler formulas or adjust the treatment to minimize discomfort. Pregnant women should wait until after pregnancy to undergo whitening treatment.
During your consultation, we'll evaluate your teeth and discuss your whitening goals to determine the best approach for achieving your desired results. Whitening is often the first step in a comprehensive smile makeover.
