We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

Forever Smiles Turlock does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not load third-party advertising or analytics tracking technologies that transmit your browsing activity to advertising networks.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update this page, provide a clear opt-out mechanism, and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically.

Health information you provide as a patient is separately protected under HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), and is handled under those laws rather than this notice.
