As a general dentist with advanced implant training, Dr. Kaur places many implants in-house and refers more complex surgical cases to an oral surgeon or periodontist when appropriate.
Osseointegration
Over 3-6 months, your bone fuses with the implant, creating a strong, permanent foundation. During this time, we'll monitor your healing.
Abutment Placement
Once integration is complete, we place a small connector (abutment) on top of the implant that will hold your crown or bridge.
